I couldn’t be more pleased with the accuracy and quality of the parts that you have machined for us over the last couple of months. I think the two of you make a great team and you have obviously developed a process that produces consistent quality.

The surfacing of the sheets prior to machining greatly increased the accuracy of the parts, we had none of the previous problems with the hole depths or tenon thicknesses that were caused by the variations in the raw material thickness.

When you consider that we have changed virtually every one of the 70+ parts in the bedroom set and have had no significant problems even on the first prototype run – it is pretty remarkable.

I just wanted to tell you how pleased I am with the work you have done for me. The preamplifier chassis built from Corian is simply beautiful, and I have heard nothing but positive comments (to put it mildly!) from potential customers who have gotten to see and touch the first unit. It’s like a piece of “audio jewelry,” and your fine craftsmanship stands-out clearly.

Working with you has been a pleasure, from our initial talks right through the wooden prototypes (also beautifully done). I must say that it was a very pleasant surprise to find a custom cabinet maker that could

work directly from my CAD drawings, and in tolerances normally reserved for metal work.
